Today I helped Tiffany move into her new appt. She woke me up at 6:30 in the stinkin moring... *sigh* Oh well, I've got all day 2 sleep, lol. I still need to go to the Ownersofgreenhouses Market... excuse me, Farmers market. Bla bla bla... not much to type 2day. Oh yeah, the other day Tiff and I were at a park driving around, we saw a mother moose and her little baby, I say little, he was about the size of a very large white tail. She was about the size of a horse. She wandered around us without any fear at all, we could have reached our hands out of the jeep and patted her on the back... but we thought that we liked to keep our hands, if u know what I mean. The baby was funny though, he was really skittish and kept jumping at every little sound. But I guess he has a right to... he is very small... er, well, compared to his mother he is at least. Where as he could have flattened me easily. Anyhow, stuff 2 do... well, not really, but nothing more to type.

Well, Arbys has screwed me over. My boss said that if I wanted I could move to day. So, I told her that I would like that, so she said that she would do it in a couple of weeks or so. So last saturday she told me that she had hired sombody for my night shift and that I would be training him for the next couple of weeks, and then she would move me into day. Yesterday when I went in to work she said that I had the next two weeks off and that I wasnt training this guy, and that she didnt have any open slots on day... so basicly I'm back on the job search. I have aps in at a couple of places. Also, I had a tip that Lands End, which is a 'nice' resturant has nobody to do a.m. hosting, and is also in need of wait staff and bussers. So I put an app in there yestday.
In other news, I plan to be moving into a house on or around the first. It will be werid to sleep in a bed after a month or so of sleeping outside. I think I like sleeping outside better. Tiff and I want to be snowbirds... go south, or southwest for the winter... aka Hawaii. That would be really cool... or hot as it would be, lol. But who can tell, we want to stay this winter in AK, just to say we have been here for the winter. But it is starting to get really cold.
Yesterday I tried to do some skiming with my boogie board... it sucked, I need a bigger board. I aslo tried to body board, lol that was some funny stuff... 6inch waves dont work so well. Oh well... stuff 2 do, and not much time 2 do it.
ps: I dispise people who own mean dogs... for they lack the courage to bite people themselves... rofl

You wana know what really stinks? no? ok, i wont tell u... ok, fine ill tell u. I have to go into work right when the day is getting warm, so I cant go swimming :(. Yeah... waaa, ok, im done now.
But my boss said she would try to move me to day shift in the next couple of weeks. Which is a good thing, even though I am planning to quit and go to better job as soon as one come up, even if it is next spring when I have a job offer for outdoor stuff like mowing and the like, for 10$ph. Thats what I'm talking about. It's with a friend from church, which is even better.
Not much has happened 2day, mostly because most of it was taken up with being late to an employe (good sp skills there) meeting... which took longer than nessesary, and then going back to sleep, because the meeting was so stinkin early in the morning. But now we are on winter hours so I dont have to be there so late on saturday and friday nights, only 10:30 instead of 11:30, which helps with being able to wake up for church the next day, although it really doesnt matter as I keep waking up at 7 anyhow... but I go back to sleep, lol. The stars were really bright last night though, it was really cool. And mars is really really bright. do da... nothing to type. except that I am out of things to type...

Nothing much to report 2day, I put my app into Spenard Building Suply. I hear they will pay quite a bit more than Arbys. And, they are day shift only, which is a good thing. Thats about all I did 2day... My next grand progect will be to go to work. fun fun. Yesterday I was 3 hours late for work. But they had changed the schedule after I had been given it, so it wasnt my fault. bla bla bla, boring, lol... adios

That link is pretty funny dan, reminds me of my Abdule Jihad days in the kuble... *sigh*
Well... laidies and gentlemen... and other... yes, that means you, whatever u r...
Sunday night, for the first time Tiff and I got to see the Northern Lights... which was really really cool. They (they being the locals) say that the lights dont come out much in the summer, they start in the fall... so that means that we will get a long winter. Great says me. Yesterday was spent doing nothing, and then some more nothing, Tiff and I played scrabble, and cards. Then we decieded to go have a fire on the beach, it was annoying to get slightly wet driftwood to start, but when it started it was really nice and warm. Somebody had been camping down there and had made a half log cabin out of driftwood, so we sat behind that and made our fire, the wall blocked the wind and it got nice and toasty.
Today I did my laundry... fun, sitting in that hot laundrymat is what I call a great day. Anyhow, I'm looking for another job so, I'm gona go do that now...
O dave... could u put a counter on my coments for the 'many voices echo' so that I know how many coments there are. So it says 'many voices echo (#)' I dont remember the url for the coment server. thank you much.

OH SO FREAKING COOOOLLLLDDDDD!!! lol... well, not really, mosty just wet, and cold, which is a bad combo... yeah. I got a good book yesterday from the library though, its about a ship captain in the west indies (sp...) at the time of the 'American' rebelion. Its writen from an english perspective. I am still looking for another job other than Arbys. They are really jerking around my schedule. Plus, they said when she hired me that I would get 35-40 hours, but this next week I only get 25. So, even if I do keep the job I will need another one. But I know of sevral places that are hireing. Anyhoo... stuff 2 doo... lol

So much for my adventures in the great 'white' north... more like My adventurers in the great WET north... For the last week it has rained pretty much non stop. El SUCKO!!! I'm not wet though, just damp. I put a tarp up like a big tent over my camp sight. Its really loud though, lol, but it keeps me dry.
Anyhow... I'm sorry I havent blogged in a while, my job is now at night, as in 4 untill close... 10/11, somthing like that, its not that bad really, I just have other things to do in the day, like... dry my stuff out, lol. Arlo Guthry is coming to town for a concert, lol, I thought Adam might like that.
Right now it is very foggy, and rainy at the same time... kind of like those stories of the tall ships where u cant see anything beyond the bow. Kinda cool, but anoying to walk and drive in... espeacialy walk. I found a Subaru for 600, which is a good price, but its a subaru... up here, if there are 4 cars waiting at a light (rare in that... there is no 'light' in this town, other than a blinking red...) anyway, if there are 4 cars in line at a light, its most likely that 4 of them will be subarus... well, not quite that bad, but close 2 it. Subies are 4wd, so that is a plus, and they last for a looooong time. Or so they say.
In other news... Ive found an apartment, for a really good deal. A friend has a house that is 700ish per month, and we will split the cost 4 ways, so its all good, and much better than tiff's deal, lol. As in I get a really really nice view. he he.

ok, maybe it did publish... er... ok... maybe I'm the dumb one... (no coments from the peanut gallery) *cough cough*

grrr.grrr.grrr... typed a bunch of stuff, and lost it because this computer is STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, after a rather uneventful day I am sitting here typing about it... well, I'm actualy here to look up information about salt water aquariums. But, I thought I would tell you that I have done nothing today except help Tiff get things around for her apartment, and I went to the bookstore to see some books that she said would be cool. One about plants and another about shells and other stuff we find in the tide pools. Anyhow... Yesterday we went down to look, but we were an hour or so late to the pools so they were mostly picked clean by the birds... grrr dumb gulls. but we did find a really cool snail shell, about the size of a baseball... well, the round part is, then the curls and the long 'snout' thing in the front, except that it was broken. I guess one of the birds had a slimy snack, ewww. 'Pirates' just came in here... how sad is that, its only about a month late... and the entire theater here could fit into the lobby, or one of the theaters at Showplace with pleanty of room to spare, and there are 2 'theaters' in the building... so sad so so very sad. Anyhow... Ive got stuff 2 look up, so I'll type at ya later...

Well... if you havent noticed I havent been able to blog lately. I've been dealing with my weird schedule for work. As I am only in training I dont really have that many hours yet, but they are putting me on the lunch rush, so I'm out of my mind making sandwich after sandwich... DARN THOSE STUPID MARKET FRESH!! lol. Tiff and I tried to go tide pooling last night but we switched the high and low tide around, so we were sitting there waithing for the tide to go out but we didnt realize that the tide was at flood and we had 6 hours b4 it went back down... but we had a nice walk down the beach and found some cool shells and little grasshopper shrimp thingies... they are funny, they look kinda like shrimp, but when you pick them up they jump like a grasshopper, and when you walk by they all jump around like crazy... then the birds come and eat them... mmmm shrimp platter, sorta. We found little crabs and watched the seagulls diving into the water to eat little fishes. They say that the eagles will take out seagulls somtimes, that sounds pretty funny to me. But, they only do it in the winter... I guess when the fish are all frozen, they are forced to eat junk food... ha ha ha

Today was an interesting day. In the moring I went to the 'Farmer's Market'... more like the 'Greenhouseowner's Market', well, not really that bad... some really good lettuce though. Only 1.50 per head, instead of $4... which is nice. After that I went and bugged Tiff at her store... although there was nobody there so it wasnt really bugging her, she was bored out of her mind. Then I went down to the beach and went tide pooling, as the tide was at its lowest for the day. I saw lots of little Hermet Crabs, and some little fishes, including a little tiny Halibut, only about an inch long, which is kinda funny because all the other halibut that are around here that we see at least are 100lbs and such. I also saw some really cool enenenimees...lol. There is a mime group that is going to be at the school 2day, so I'm going to go see them later. Basicly I'm lazin around 2day because I have nothing to do. Oh yeah, I also played my guitar for a bit on the beach, I have claimed this really cool rock that makes a good couch/bed/windbreak. I found some cool little shells, purple ones and stuff, kewl. Anyhoo... stuff 2 do... hasta la pasta...

Ladies and Gentlemen... and other...
Today I went on the most beautiful drive I have ever gone on. I drove the 70ish miles to the next town, which is bigger than this one... as in it has an oil change place... lol. The air was perfectly clear I could see for hundreds of miles when I topped ridges, the only thing that was impeading my veiw was the moutnain ranges that were blocking the other mountain ranges, that were blocking the other mountain ranges... you get the pic, sorta. I could see across the bay to the volcanos. Last night Tiff and I went up to the lookout over Homer. Across the bay we could see the sunset behind the volcainos... and man did I wish I had my tri-pod. It was too dark to take picutres, but sufice it to say that it reminded me of somthing from Tolkine. The mountain of fire... or somthing along those lines. Really really cool.
It seems kinda funny to drive 70 miles to get an oil change... but it was far worth the trip. Thanx 4 all the feedback Amanda. Shoplace just wont be the same w/out Jeff. I did get that job at Arbys... and they were talking about working me toward managment *bites nails*... you never can tell with cheese... lol
Oh, Dad, if u read this I'm gona be sending you some blueberrie syrup that you will just love. But, I need some boxes first (hint hint). Could you guys send me my paintball gun soon? pple play up here, and It will be getting 2 cold sooner or later. Gracias. Anyhow, gota run, things too see, places 2 shoot... (camera for those of u uneducated types :P ) shoot and blow up, lol... adios
