Ok people here is some more of my story.
Summer had gone, Fall had marked his briliant trail with scattered leaves and winter was just loosening his icy grasp when the rock once mopre again saw the man. But, this time he was not alone. He brought with him sevral stron rugged men who apeared just as at ease in the wild as he. With many jestures and laughter and shouting the men began to clear a roughly square aria within which they drove stakes of wood in more precise squares and rectangles, and one octagonal space roughly in the centre of the original square.
It seemed almost overnight that the smaller squares and rectangles became small cabins with steeply sloping rooves. This was all of great interest to the rock, who watched the proceedings from his vantage point under the willow.
But, what was the most interesting was what was happening with the octagonal shape in the center of the fledgling settlement. The men built it in much the same fashion as the huts, criss-crossing logs and fastening them at the ends. Only with this structure they used only the largest of the trees, and they didnt stop when they had reaced the hicht of a man, as they had when they built the huts, but they continued building untill the walls were twice as tall as the men. Then, when thy had reached twice the hight of the tallest of them, they began to dig a narrow but deep trench around the base of the sturdy structure. Then they drove tall straight logs into the ditch sharpening the upward pointing ends.
Well, thats all I have time to type atm, so stay tuned

To blog, or not to blog... that is not the question, the question rather is, to blog or to sleep... I am sorry that I havent been blogging in about forever, but I have been really really bussy with my job, some days getting out as late as 8:30 at night, and when u start at 8:30 in the morning blogging isnt exactly the first thing on ur mind... that and the Library is closed anyhow. although, i must confess... I have had time to go the the everyother week lan party at the local game room. Which is fun, "Savage" is a really cool game. But these loosers are stuck in the 'we only play CS' crap... but the other day we did play "Vietcong" which was fun. Anyhow...
Work has been a trip, or perhaps a fall/slide is a better description of it. Lately I have been sledding off random buildings in Homer and surrounding countryside. Well, I did have a safty rope and harness on, but that doesnt really do much to make me feel safe when I'm 40ish feet off the ground walking on an inch of ice covered with 3-4 inches of snow. The temp around here goes from -11 to +25ish for the most part. But I cant really feel it when I get all bundled up, which is about 30 min of prep.
*News flash* I plan to come home somtime soon after Christmas. Plans afterthat are dependent on when I can get back into college.
I have written more on my story, but I dont have my notebook here, so I cant type it... I havent written a whole lot, but it is kindof steeping in my head, so dont worry more will be forthcoming.
well, thats all for now folks, seeya on the flipside
